Before you get your hopes up we really need to stress that this is a teaser as this won’t be a shot of Lee Pace (‘The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies’,’Halt and Catch Fire’) in makeup as Ronan the Accuser for ‘Captain Marvel.’ This is just the actor sporting a hat for the show while shirtless and walking around outside. He doesn’t say anything about his return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the video but does tag both Captain Marvel and Marvel on Twitter while using a rocket emoji.

The Kree is set to return with actor Djimon Hounsou who will also be reprising his role as Korath The Pursuer from ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ in this prequel film. Unfortunately, I don’t think that we’ll be seeing any dance offs pop up to stop the villain this time around.

The actor isn’t too active on social media, so anything he shares is likely to be an interest for fans. We know that the first ‘Avengers 4’ trailer won’t drop until we’ve seen more from ‘Captain Marvel’ so this could mean we’re finally going to see how the introduction to Carol Danvers into the MCU is going to take shape. With the film having already wrapped it really is just a matter of time until Marvel Studios releases the first footage.
