We’ve just learned that the seventh season of ‘Game of Thrones‘ looks to be planning on bringing back one of the most hated characters on the show who was previously killed off! No, we’re not talking about King Joffrey Baratheon or Ramsay Bolton but like Bolton, this character did end up kicking the bucket last season. That may have given it away to some of you but with how many deaths there were, let’s take a peek below to find out exactly who could be returning.

Of course, this could quite potentially be a spoiler so you’ve got a moment to turn back now if you don’t want confirmation.

Obviously whoever we’re talking about here isn’t quite as hated as Bolton was but he still was a bastard on the show. The name we’re hearing who will return actually makes quite a bit of sense and not as a flashback either and that would be David Bradley set to reprise his role as the late Walder Frey!

It is pretty clear as to how Frey could return without it being a flashback and simply by who killed him. With Arya Stark getting her amazing revenge as displayed in the image above shows, we all know she can wear the face of others these days. In fact, she was wearing someone else’s face moments before committing this act that most of you probably cheered when you saw it on screen.

As one of those behind the Red Wedding and a big name on Arya’s hit list, it could be quite feasible that wearing his face could lead to another act of revenge on her part.

Are you looking forward to Frey making a comeback? Do you think it will be through Arya that the actor gets to briefly return? Share your thoughts below!

‘Game of Thrones’ will return to HBO for a seventh season this summer!
