There’s no doubt that the already all-American handsome actor Chris Evans upped his body mass and… well, hotness when he bulked up to play Marvel’s Super Soldier Captain America.  But did Steve Rogers’ transformation from 98 lb. weakling to Adonis make the former geek into a chick magnet?  Probably not.

Cap’s romantic life has factored into his two solo movies– his romance with Peggy Carter, though never consummated, was a fairy tale come true, and Black Widow certainly seemed driven to set Cap up with SOMEONE in ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier.’

But did Steve Rogers go from Boy Scout to Ladies Man?  The man who plays him, Evans doesn’t think so.  While promoting ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ the actor admitted, “It’s funny when you think about it – he’s probably a virgin. [Laughs.] He’s probably a virgin! I don’t know when [losing his virginity] would’ve happened.

“He was on [a USO] tour. That’s true. Maybe one of those [dancing] girls blew his mind. [Laughs] He’s probably just a good guy. He was probably holding out for Peggy Carter and he’s a little more old-fashioned in that sense. These are a lot of things that I think are giant conflicts, but they’re also very personal conflicts. He’s a very human guy. That’s why I like him.”

In fact, most of the male Avengers seem to be pretty traditional monogamous fellas.  Even the swaggering Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) is dedicated to Pepper Potts (Gwenyth Paltrow).

Will Cap go to his grave without ever knowing the loving touch of a woman?  If he does lose it, who should be the lucky lady?  Agent 13?  Black Widow?  Scarlet Witch?  Er… elderly Peggy?  (Are they taking volunteers?)

What do you think?  Should Cap retain his virtue?  Or is it time to man up?
