While Hot Toys is known primarily for their exquisitely detailed 1:6th scale figures, lately they’ve been delving deeper into the highly stylized world of designer vinyl toys! This week Hot Toys showcased a fresh look at figures in both their ‘Artist Mix’ and ‘Cosbaby’ lines for Marvel’s ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’; and wow do they look great!

Hot Toys is excited to give our fans an opportunity to sneak peek at a 3D rendering graphic, featuring Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron Hot Toys Artist Mix Figures Series 2 designed by TOUMA.

The full team will unite soon. Stay tuned!

Finally, we’ve got a look at the full team of Avengers coming our way from Hot Toys Cosbabys figure line. He’ll even be sporting a whopping 30 points of articulation, so he’s bound to be a great piece for fans of the giant lizard! As an added bit of fun, NECA has even sculpted brand new dorsal plates for his back, as to better match his in game counterparts design!

Winter Is Coming…

“All Men Must Die,” but all toy lines based on awesome book and television series should probably keep going until fans appetites are satiated! The crew over at Dark Horse Comics certainly know what’s up with that, as they look to be continuing their ever popular series of statuesque ‘Game of Thrones’ figures! The latest figures in the series are Brienne of Tarth and The Hound, both of whom are due to hit stores this September! This adds two more to the ever expanding list of characters to be seen in this line which only seems to be getting better with each release! The full release from Dark Horse Comics for both figures is below-

Brienne of Tarth Figure / On sale Sept 16 / $24.99
Brienne is a warrior of House Tarth, vassals to House Baratheon. Unusually tall and muscular, she is a skilled fighter. Upon winning a tournament among King Renly’s men, she is made Kingsguard. Brienne becomes the sworn sword of Catelyn Stark, and is tasked with escorting the captured Jaime Lannister back to King’s Landing. She is given a new suit of armor and a Valyrian steel sword reforged from Eddard Stark’s great sword, Ice. This armor is reproduced on our 8” tall figure, with all the impeccable details accounted for.

The Hound Figure / On sale Sept 16 / $24.99
Sandor Clegane is known as the Hound because of his savage nature and unquestioning obedience to his masters. Although he hones his fierce demeanor while serving as the bodyguard of Joffrey Baratheon, he is not completely without compassion. After his desertion of the Kingsguard, he becomes a traveling companion and protector of Arya Stark. The Hound’s formidable proportions are reflected in this 8.5” figure. He is shown wearing his signature helmet, which is hinged so that it opens and closes.
