Horror movies seem to be the theme for movie theaters in August as it celebrates the premiere of ‘The Awakening,’ ‘The Apparition,’ and now ‘The Tall Man.’ In anticipation for the movie’s release, Image Entertainment has unveiled a new motion poster for the horror thriller, ‘The Tall Man’.
‘The Tall Man’ stars Jessica Biel (‘Total Recall‘, ‘Hitchcock’) as Julia Denning, a small town nurse where local kids begin to mysteriously disappear. While most would blame it on the Bogeyman, the town talks of an urban legend named “The Tall Man”. Julia doesn’t put much stock in the tale until her own son is taken. Frantic, she goes out to the woods in search of the shadowy kidnapper that has abducted her child.
The film actually debuted at the South by Southwest Film Festival back in March and has been on Video on Demand since the beginning of the month, but it will make its theatrical debut at the end of the month.

‘The Tall Man’ is directed by Pascal Laugier and stars Jessica Biel, Jodelle Ferland, Stephen McHattie, William B. Davis, and Jakob Davies. The film will be in limited release in theaters on August 31st.
