Fans of TNT’s ‘Falling Skies’ were in for a treat today as the show’s Facebook page released the first 3 minutes of the season 2 premiere episode teasing us for what’s to come. The teaser was first shown at the Emerald City ComicCon and we have it here for you!
If you recall in the season finale, Tom went with a harnessed Karen onto the Skitter ship followed by a very tall and lanky alien in exchange for them leaving Ben alone. The premiere episode starts three months later and we see Pope, Captain Weaver and others from the resistance still fighting off Mechs. Ben is back in the fight but he obviously is suffering from after effects of his captivity with the Skitters.
If that wasn’t enough, TNT also released 2 behind the scenes featurettes giving fans a glimpse of what to expect in season 2 in terms of the Skitters, what will be happening to Tom and more on the appearance of the tall alien race!
The action and suspense continues to be nonstop for season 2 and it just makes you wish June were not so far away!
‘Falling Skies’ returns to TNT with a 2 hour season premiere on June 17th at 9pm ET/PT.
