About Alan Robinson
Growing up watching classic horror films, Star Wars, and Monty Python is a recipe for geekdom. Combine that with an obsession of anything Batman-related, and the ability to leap ten Goombas in a single bound, and you have everything that describes Alan. Ever since he laid hands on an NES controller at the age of two, his destiny was clear: To boldly go where no geek had gone before, to save the princess (who always seems to be in another castle), to fight He Who Must Not Be Named... Well, you get the idea. Having studied film history and creative writing in college, he spends much of his time debating and discussing the topic of video games and movies with his fellow enthusiasts. It was only a matter of time before his journalistic side was discovered, and he began contributing to several small video game news sites. Gaming will always be his greatest passion.
