Who Watches The Official Watchmen Trailer? We Do, Right Here
HBO

HBO has finally released the official trailer for Damon Lindelof’s ‘Watchmen’ series. We’ve seen quite a few of the characters and scenarios for the series from previous clips for this one is the first time that Tim Blake Nelson’s Looking Glass character has been featured as well as some of the Seventh Cavalry which is a terrorist organization that appears to play an important part in the upcoming series. Aside from the new faces, we, of course, have more shots of Regina King, Don Johnson, Jean Smart, and Jeremy Irons who should quite obviously be the leads in the series to anyone who has been following the clips so far.

I was tentatively excited about the show once it was announced, but it was hard to imagine what to expect. The more clips that have been released seem to have the masked vigilantes that will show up not just be at odds with villains but an overly controlling police force as well. Even when some of the same vigilantes appear as if they could be part of the law.
