Nicolas Flamel Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald

Nicolas Flamel and his life’s work is vital to the world of The Potterverse and now in ‘Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald‘ we’re going to be able to take a look in his actual house. The character was first referenced in ‘Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone’ and is ancient due to discovering the Elixer of Life. Not only will his work also be important in the upcoming film but eagle-eyed fans will quickly recognize that the Sorcerer’s Stone makes an appearance here as well.

This inclusion is likely one of the many references to Harry Potter lore which we’ve been hearing will surface in the upcoming film.

You can take a look at the house below:

That does feel like the house of someone who is likely lost in their work even after decades to centuries of being lost in it. Most likely not caring too much what company may think of the place as there probably isn’t all that many visitors.

Are you excited that we’ll finally be getting to know more about Nicolas Flamel in ‘Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald’? Are you thrilled that the Sorcerer’s Stone will show up in the film? Do you think that it will at all be important to the plot with Grindelwald possibly be chasing after it? Share your thoughts in the comments below!

At the end of the first film, the powerful Dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald (Johnny Depp) was captured by MACUSA (Magical Congress of the United States of America), with the help of Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne). But, making good on his threat, Grindelwald escaped custody and has set about gathering followers, most unsuspecting of his true agenda: to raise pure-blood wizards up to rule over all non-magical beings.

In an effort to thwart Grindelwald’s plans, Albus Dumbledore (Jude Law) enlists his former student Newt Scamander, who agrees to help, unaware of the dangers that lie ahead. Lines are drawn as love and loyalty are tested, even among the truest friends and family, in an increasingly divided wizarding world.

‘Fantastic Beasts 2: The Crimes of Grindelwald’ will be magically appearing in theaters on November 16th, 2018!
