If you haven’t gotten enough of walkers yet than you’ll be thrilled to hear that AMC and Fathom Events are bringing both ‘The Walking Dead‘ and ‘Fear the Walking Dead‘ to the big screen! Specifically, they plan on bringing the season finale of the current showdown between Rick and Negan and the introduction of Morgan to a new home to us on April 15th, 2018! The event is set to air at over 750 locations and Fathom Events is also planning on including “exclusive bonus content” which they’ve yet to announce.

Tickets are on sale now and thankfully you can buy them directly from Fathom Events as Fandango may crash under the server load of all of our ‘Avengers: Infinity War‘ presale tickets which have also gone on sale today.

According to SVP of Brand Activation for AMC, Theresa Beyer:

“Sunday, April 15 marks an epic and highly-anticipated moment for these series, as worlds collide when Morgan crosses over from ‘The Walking Dead’ and into the new world of ‘Fear.’ e are thrilled to be working with our terrific partners at Fathom to provide fans from across the country the opportunity to experience this crossover moment in such a special way and among other members of one of television’s most passionate fan communities.”

Fathom Events CEO Ray Nutt added that:

“The Walking Dead’ and ‘Fear the Walking Dead’ have captivated audiences and kept them on the edge of their seats for many years. Self-proclaimed ‘Dead-heads’ will have the unique opportunity to come together to experience these two compelling dramas larger-than-life and commercial-free on the big screen for just one night this April.”

We’ll just ignore the dropping ratings when thinking about that last comment. I mean, it is still the top show on television even with fewer viewers.
