DC Comics has a long and lengthy history of producing classic stories with their library of iconic characters. With that in mind, if only makes sense that over the years people would come up with their own unique interpretations of this legendary characters, so the team at DC Collectibles have taken it upon themselves to help these creators bring these visions to life in your collection! To do so, DC Collectibles has launched a number of specialty lines like ‘Gotham City Garage’, ‘DC Artists Alley’, and ‘DC Bombshells’ and this week at San Diego Comic Con 2017 they’re showing off new products for all three!

For their ‘Gotham City Garage’ line, DC is expanding the line with the addition of Batgirl and Supergirl! These new versions reimagine these heroines as a pair of no-nonsense bikers! These statues are in 9″ scale, and are joining Harley Quinn, Wonder Woman, and Catwoman in this already populer new line! DC Collectibles Executive Creative Director Jim Fletcher had this to say on the line-

“The idea behind Gotham City Garage is to explore the tough and gritty alter-egos of DC’s most iconic characters such as Wonder Woman and Catwoman, and now Batgirl and Supergirl. Just like with DC Bombshells, it’s exciting to see these character designs strike a chord with fans and transcend from statues into comic books and beyond, and we’re eager to find out just how far Gotham City Garage can ride.”

While we’re talking about the DC Bombshells line, it’s worth noting that an all new DC Bombshells statue of Green Lantern Jessica Cruz was announced at the convention as well! Cruz will be themed around a police officer role, which is fitting considering the Green Lantern are effectively space police!

Finally we have the DC Artists Alley line, which brings a number of individual artists unique style and vision to life as a statuesque designer vinyl! This week at San Diego Comic Con, DC Collectibles unveiled new pieces from Chris Uminga, HaiNaNu “Nooligan” saulque, and Sho Murase! Check them out below!
