justice-league

Each new film which stars Batman these days show off a costume change and now Zack Snyder has dropped a hint at what the Caped Crusader’s cowl and cape will look like in the upcoming ‘Justice League‘ film. At least, from the back. The director has released a hi-res 3D render to enjoy which you can check out right here:

According to the costume’s designer Michael Wilkinson:

“We’ve come up with a new cowl. It’s very close to the last one, but again new technologies, new materials (now made from polyurethane instead of foam latex), tweaking has allowed us to take that one even further.”

The result is a much sleeker look that likely is easier to move around in as well. Of course, any increase in movement over the armor we saw the Dark Knight wearing when throwing down against the Man of Steel in ‘Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice’ is easy in itself but this seems like it will be an increase in movement over his regular armor which he briefly wore as well.

Are you looking forward to seeing how Ben Affleck’s Batman will look when fighting villains in ‘Justice League’ when it comes out later this year? Share your thoughts below!

Synopsis:

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Directed by Zack Snyder, ‘Justice League’ is set to be the flagship entry in DC’s burgeoning cinematic universe. The film features returning stars Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck and Gal Gadot alongside a wave of newcomers, including Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher and J.K. Simmons. ‘Justice League’ will land in theaters on November 17, 2017.
