Wonder-Woman

Say what you will about ‘Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice’, but for this Wonder Warrior, seeing Gal Gadot on the big screen as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman was a lifetime dream come true and many agreed, citing her as the best thing about the film.  When she first appeared in costume, brandishing her impervious bracelets, premier audiences leapt to their feet in joy.

Now that the movie is fading from multiplexes and not yet available on Blu-Ray and DVD, Warner Brothers has released the clip from ‘Batman V Superman’ in which Wonder Woman makes her debut, rescuing a downed Batman from the Lex Luthor-created Doomsday.

You can watch the clip below:

Though the release date for the home video version hasn’t been announced, we do know that a longer, R-rated version will be offered.  Considering the theatrical version is two and a half hours long, grab a snack and get comfy.  And alcohol.

At any rate, ‘Batman V Superman’ set up the solo ‘Wonder Woman’ movie, directed by Patty Jenkins, just wrapped filming and will depict the Amazon warrior in multiple time periods.  Gadot is back with Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck, as well as Jason Momoa, Ezra Miller and Ray Fisher filming the Zack Snyder-directed ‘Justice League’ movie.

Are you ready for Gal Gadot to take center stage in her own movie?
