Ash vs Evil Dead

Fellow fans of Sam Raini’s ‘Ash vs Evil Dead‘ series on Starz have been dying to find out more details about the second season and now we have reason to celebrate with the latest promotional shot from the show! Not just celebrate, but all out party if Ash has anything to do with it. With the end of the first season having Bruce Campbell’s Ash and Lucy Lawless’s Ruby striking a deal that makes it seem like Williams would be on his way to putting a life of fighting the Evil Dead behind him, it is clearly a reason to party. One thing we do know though is that Ash’s life is never a party no matter how fun he tries to make it.

With his hand still being replaced by a chainsaw, there is clearly only one thing he wants to cut into and that isn’t Deadites! This shot from a kegger in Jacksonville, Florida shows exactly how Ash likes to get down! While some might consider this alcohol abuse, the partygoers seem to be having a blast and this might be the first time in years that Ash is actually having a good time without a fight involved.

I mean let’s be honest. This is probably exactly how all of us can picture him having some downtime. Of course, all good things must come to an end so I suspect that however happy he is in this promo shot that it won’t be lasting long. With no Deadites to fight, there doesn’t seem to be much of a reason that we’d have a second season so surely something is about to go very wrong.

Do you think Ash will get through the first episode of the second season of ‘Ash vs Evil Dead’ without having to go up against a Deadite? Share your thoughts below!
