Here we are yet again with another all new Toy News Tuesday! We’re the one weekly column right here on ScienceFiction.com where we seek out all of the awesome news you need to know about any announcements and cool happenings in the toy industry and put them all in one easy to find place for you! We’ve just a few short weeks until the holidays are in full swing! The toy aisles are plentiful and well stocked with all of this years ‘must have’ toys. Now’s the time for collectors to get out there and cherry pick all of the figures that they can’t find all year! Hot Toys Shares Something Old, And Something New!
This week the team over at Hot Toys revealed new products for two different properties, one is super fresh, while the other is kind of a throwback classic that people have been asking about for a while!
From the upcoming ‘Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice‘, we get a sneak peek at the new 1:6th Scale Batmobile that is coming our way from the film next year! This thing looks like it’s going to be HUGE, so be sure to keep posted for updates on the full specs!
Hot Toys also revealed plans for an all new War Machine figure from ‘Iron Man 2’! Big News For Halo Fans
Well, physically big anyway! The team over at JAKKS Pacific have revealed an all new 31″ tall Master Chief figure straight out of ‘Halo 5: Guardians’! This highly detailed figure includes Chief’s iconic UNSC MA5 Rifle and while he may only sport 7 points of articulation, the sheer size of him he makes a great display piece! He should fit right in with the other large scale figures put out by JAKKS recently, like Link from Nintendo’s ‘Legend Of Zelda’ series! Master Chief should be hitting stores any day now!

ThreeZero Teasing Upcoming Lines
The team at ThreeZero have been gradually building up a small army of kickass 1:6th scale figures from some of our favorite properties, and now it looks as though we have two more big names to cross off of our 1:6th Scale wishlist! ThreeZero recently shared this teaser image for some of it’s upcoming figures, which look to include Kain from ‘Robocop 2’ and Christopher Johnson from ‘District 9’! These characters are both visually very unique and have not been tackled in toy form, so these figures look to be fantastic first versions!

The team at PopVinyls has got the scoop that confirms an all new wave of ‘Doctor Who‘ POP! Vinyls are coming our way, and soon! They have apparently already been found in the wild, with the new wave consisting of mainly Ninth Doctor era characters, and a few others to fill in some gaps! This new wave features The Ninth Doctor (two versions, one with a Sonic Screwdriver, the other with a Banana), Rose Tyler, River Song, K-9, Sarah Jane Smith, The Silence, and Captain Jack Harkness (two versions, one standard, one with the Vortex Manipulator).
The Toasters Are At It Again…
‘Battlestar Galactica‘ reboot fans rejoice! Funko has finally revealed the first figures from it’s line of POP! Vinyls based on the 2004 version of ‘BSG’ rather than the classic version all previous figures have been based on. This line looks a little on the light side, but so far we can expect Kara ‘Starbuck’ Thrace, a Cylon Centurion, and Six! These are set to hit stores in February.
