In our day and age, we live in a world gripped with fear of terrorists. But what if we knew that it wasn’t just our world? What if we found out that we live in a full universe full of intergalactic terrorists that are not even from this world? That’s where The SyFy Channel’s upcoming new thriller television series ‘Hunters’ comes in!

Based on the popular ‘Alien Hunter’ novel series by Whitley Strieber,  The SyFy Channel is bringing ‘Hunters’ to the small screen next April and bringing the fear of aliens back with it! The series is described as a return to form for anyone who misses when aliens were actually scary in cinema, only this time they’re going to be coming to you every week on your television! Don’t expect ‘Hunters’ to pull any punches with this new character driven thriller where the terrorist threats we’re set to face are coming from out of this world!  The SyFy Channel has given the following rundown of the show-

“When the wife of a Baltimore FBI agent disappears, the search to find her leads to a secret government unit dedicated to hunting terrorists. The terrorists, however, are unlike any others, and might not even be of this world.”

This past weekend at New York Comic Con 2015, we were able to talk to two of ‘Hunters’ Executive Producers, Gale Anne Hurd and Natalie Chaidez, as well as series star Britne Oldford (who plays Allison Reagan, who is herself an alien that is working with the ETU, or Exo-Terrorism-Unit, to stop the alien threats facing earth) , about the upcoming series and what it’s going to bring to the table!
