In less than a month, Fox unleashes ‘Fantastic Four’ a new cinematic take on the Marvel Comic series in which four disparate teammates are bombarded with cosmic energy and find their bodies transformed in bizarre ways.  They don’t have long to adjust to these new forms, as they much combine their unique new gifts to stand against evil, in this case Doctor Doom (Toby Kebbell) and the Mole Man (Timothy Blake Nelson).

This is Fox’s second attempt to translate the long-running comic series to the big screen.  Their first stab yielded two films in 2005 and 2007.  (Perhaps putting the cart before the horse, Fox has already scheduled a sequel to the new film for a 2017 release.)

Taking on the roles of the famous super heroes are Jamie Bell (The Thing/Ben Grimm), Michael B. Jordan (Human Torch/Johnny Storm), Kate Mara (Invisible Woman/Sue Storm) and Miles Teller (Mister Fantastic/Reed Richards).  The new film is directed by Josh Trank (‘Chronicle’).

With the movie almost upon us, Fox has released the final trailers which both feature never-before-seen footage.  Check them out below:

“He’s stronger than any of us,” Teller’s Richards declares, “But he’s not stronger than all of us.”

These two new trailers look a lot better than those prior.  Could this movie not be the turkey so many people are expecting/hoping it will be?
