Hasbro Gives You The Power Of Choice

In the opinion of many collectors, Hasbro has spent the last few years doing a complete 180 in regards to their collector fan service by bringing out top quality versions of characters fans actually want in the toylines that people want to buy! Now they’re giving you the chance to decide exactly what figures make it into some of their upcoming series of figures in both their Marvel Legends and Star Wars Black Series 6″ figure lines! The results of these fan polls will be announced next week during San Diego Comic Con!

For Marvel Legends fans, the options are pretty wide spread as Hasbro has listed off quite a few potential characters to vote for like Mysterio, Darkhawk, Lady Sif, Nebula, Malekith, and even Cosmo the Space Dog!

Going to San Diego Comic-Con this year? Visit the Hasbro Booth (#3213) to vote for the next epic Marvel Legends figure to be created by Hasbro that you can add to your collection. There will be one round of voting each day, Thursday and Friday from 11:30am-Noon as well as Saturday and Sunday from Noon to 12:30. Choose from characters the likes of Mysterio, The Hood, Nebula, Darkhawk, Sif, Executioner and many, many more.

Following Comic-Con, the four winners from each of the four days will be announced on Marvel.com and you will be able to vote for your favorite online. The decision is in your hands. Visit the gallery below to see all the great characters who could potentially be the next Hasbro Marvel Legends figure

For the Star Wars Black Series, the options are a bit smaller, but not by much!  Star Wars fans can cast their vote for the next Star Wars Black Series 6″ scale figure already right now! The choices are Obi Wan Kenobi (A New Hope), Lando Calrisian (The Empire Strikes Back), Darth Revan (Knights Of The Old Republic), Sabine Wren (Rebels), Gamorrean Guard (Return Of The Jedi), Snowtrooper (The Empire Strikes Back), and General Grevious (Revenge Of The Sith).

Which icon of a galaxy far, far away will be the next to join Hasbro’s critically-acclaimed, highly-detailed, and all-around awesome Star Wars: The Black Series line of 6-inch figures? It’s up to you — starting now!

The results are in from qualifying-round polls for Hasbro’s Fan Choice Black Series figure, and you can now cast your vote to decide the winner. Finalists include favorites from across the saga and across mediums, including movies, video games, and animation, promising an exciting addition to the line. (We were really hoping for Kitster. He would’ve been wizard. Oh, well.)

The poll will be open right up until Hasbro’s San Diego Comic-Con Star Wars panel on July 10, where a winner will be announced. Until then, exercise your galactic right and vote!

Don’t forget to go vote for your favorites to help to decide the fate of these toylines! There are a ton fo great options on both polls, so don’t miss your chance to decide the future of some of the coolest lines on the market!

“UTINNI!”

What kind of gibberish are we using as headlines these days you ask? Well, most of you would be quick to recognize that headline in particular from ‘Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope’, from when we first enter Mos Eisley and see a Jawa falling off of a Ronto beast (yes, I fact checked, that is exactly the name of that creature)! Anyway, the point is, Sideshow Toys has announced an all new 1:6th Scale set of Jawa figures! Jumping straight off of the screen, these highly detailed figures are easily one of the best representations of Jawas that fans are ever going to get, as they include a plethora of screen accurate accessories and several pairs of alternative hands! Check out the full release from Sideshow below:

A curious species, bands of greedy merchant Jawas scour the deserts of Tatooine for discarded droids and scrap machinery to repair, trade, and resell. Never seen traveling alone, the Sideshow Collectibles Jawa Sixth Scale Set includes two fully articulated individuals, each packed with personality and the ability to pose in an endless variety of positions for display. Mysteriously concealed in their traditional brown robes and bandoliers, bright LED-illuminated yellow eyes peer out from beneath the dark folds of their peaked hoods. Ready to peddle their hastily refurbished finds, the Jawas are equipped with an impressive cache of weapons and accessories, including a space thermos, welder, droid caller, magnetic restraining bolt, a blaster pistol which fits neatly in a belt holster, and a droid-stunning Ion Blaster for difficult acquisitions. Scum, villainy, and moisture farmers alike will be hard-pressed to find a better selection anywhere else!
