Hot on the heels of Starz releasing the first official picture from ‘Ash vs Evil Dead‘ we’ve got six pages of The Necronomicon to share with you! With the return of the Deadite horde will, of course, be the return of The Necronomicon which will have helped in summoning them. The Book of the Dead has long been the bane of Ash’s existence and will clearly continue to be that way in the new series.
You can check the first shots out below. Be warned though if you can translate these you probably don’t want to without dire consequences.
Looking good so far! Right now though it is far too early to tell if we’ll have the rather animated book that we’ve seen in the past or how large a part of the story it will play. While it may not be flying around, I’m sure we’ll see it cause plenty of chaos as the story unfolds.
We’ve all seen what happened when Ash read out loud from the book, or in this case failed to properly recite an incantation. Let that be the lesson to you – if you can read these pages, just make sure to do so without opening your lips.
We only have one Ash and he’s already busy with enough demon problems.

Synopsis:
