With the entire world finally having been given the chance to see the first trailer for ‘Ant-Man,’ it’s time to turn our attention back to the next Marvel super blockbuster with ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ and we have a new image and some potential new details to share with you!
First up is a new photo that shows off half of the team. Below you see Thor, Stark, and Rogers all quite solemnly towards their left. It’s hard to tell where they are exactly but we’ve seen the porch here before and we know it isn’t at Avengers Tower so my guess is this is where the team will be temporarily recouping after Stark’s digs are taken by Ultron.
Where exactly is this setting and why is it important? We’ve still got a ways to go before we can find that out.
Next up we see that Jeremy Renner posted a new Hawkeye image with the caption “Tues morn. I find myself in costume again. I just can’t tell you why. And it still fits! #marvel #avengers #hawkeye”.
While Joss Whedon does have reshoots scheduled for ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ in January, they were initially set for later in the month. Are they just getting a jump on things with Renner due to scheduling conflicts he may have or could we actually be seeing some filming being done for a Hawkeye crossover/appearance on ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’? After all, Mockingbird has already been introduced on the show and in the comics Hawkeye and she have had a relationship . Rumors also have her potentially popping up in future films so this could be a good time to introduce the relationship between the two characters.
Finally we have some fun news on the next trailer for ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’. With the first 16-second preview having racked up over 2 million views after it had gone live, you know Marvel probably can’t wait for what a new teaser will receive. Well, the wait won’t be much longer as it is set to be released on January 12th during a football game on ESPN at 8.30pm EST. I suspect that Marvel will release it online within an hour of it being shown.
