With the revamp of ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ increasingly imminent, more and more promotional material is surfacing, including a new theme song.  Back in 1991, one-hit-wonder Vanilla Ice provided the single from ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret Of The Ooze.”  Though not a hit on the pop charts, the song has lived in infamy since as generations have enjoyed the movie, thus ensuring the continued lifespan of ‘Ninja Rap’.

Perhaps having a better shot at hit status is the theme song to the new remake.  The song is entitled ‘Knock Knock’ and is performed by Wiz Khalifa, Juicy J and Ty Dolla $ign.

‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’, produced by Michael Bay, directed by Jonathan Liebesman will hit theaters on August 8th.  It stars Megan Fox, Will Arnett, Whoopi Goldberg, William Fitchner, Noel Fisher, Alan Ritchson, danny Woodburn, Jeremy Howard, Pete Ploszek and the voices of Johnny Knoxville and Tony Shalhoub.
