Despite all the drama going behind the scenes with ‘Ant-Man’, Marvel Studios still has a lot to be excited about. In addition to ‘Doctor Strange’, ‘Agent Carter’, and ‘Daredevil’, we have ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ coming out before the end of summer. To further promote the coming of Star-Lord, Gamora, Rocket Raccoon, Groot, and Drax the Destroyer, a brand new TV spot has just been released.
Marvel’s official YouTube channel dropped the latest promo for James Gunn’s upcoming Phase Two film touting who we should call to save the universe. While we get the same “Thief, two thugs, an assassin, and a maniac” spiel that we’ve seen in the past few spots, there are some flashes of new footage on top of industrial sounding music fitting for a superhero movie. An action-packed epic space adventure, Marvel’s “Guardians of the Galaxy” expands the Marvel Cinematic Universe into the cosmos, where brash adventurer Peter Quill finds himself the object of an unrelenting bounty hunt after stealing a mysterious orb coveted by Ronan, a powerful villain with ambitions that threaten the universe.
