Ready to check out more of ‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire’? You’re in luck as today we’ve got 20 new images from the sequel to ‘The Hunger Games‘ that we are able to share with you! As the original novel felt like more of a setup to those following it, I truly hope the films play out the same way and it turns from just an action movie into something deeper as the story develops. Speaking of the sequel, we have a ton of shots from the main cast, though most of them do look to be promotional stills over actual shots from the film. Still, it’ll give you an idea of how the cast looks while in makeup and costume!

With the film’s release coming on November 22nd we’re about to see quite a bit more of the film being teased. Sure so far they’ve released a viral website, a comic con trailer, a domestic trailer, and an international trailer – but we all know that is but a drop in the bucket compared to what the marketing team will probably be releasing over the next 2 months! As we all know, there will be advertising overload leading up to any major motion picture. Though for one that has done as well as the first film in this franchise, there shouldn’t be many complaints on that.

Aside from the normal media push it’s no surprise that we’re seeing more from the film come out now. Even though it hasn’t been released yet, we’ve already seen casting announcements and even an on set photo from the 2 part conclusion of the series, ‘The Hunger Games: Mockingjay’ that will be directed by Francis Lawrence. Not wanting news of the last 2 installments in the tetralogy to steal this sequel’s thunder – they really need to start flooding the press with more news.

Are these new shots from the film getting you ready for it’s premiere in a couple months or are you not a fan of this world that pits teenagers against one another for the entertainment of a morally corrupt government? Let us know your thoughts below!

Katniss Everdeen has returned home safe after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark. Winning means that they must turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a “Victor’s Tour” of the districts. Along the way Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell) – a competition that could change Panem forever.

‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ opens in traditional theaters and IMAX on November 22nd and stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Jenna Malone, Sam Clafin, Jeffrey Wright, Alan Richson, Donald Sutherland, Liam Hemsworth, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Elizabeth Banks, Woody Harrelson, Stanley Tucci, and Amanda Plummer.
