Convention season is upon us again, but before we get to the big dance in San Diego, there are a bunch of stops along the way. For instance, from March 29-31, the city of Anaheim, CA will be hosting the annual, recently relocated WonderCon to really kick off the most wonderful time of the year. And to help you better plan your visit, they’ve finally released their programming schedule.

This year’s slate of events is packed with amazing activities from so many things that we at ScienceFiction.com cover. For example, some of this year’s most anticipated films and television shows are getting panels featuring exclusive looks and Q&As with cast and crew members. Films like ‘Pacific Rim’, the end of the world sci-fi comedy ‘This Is The End’, the brand new remake of ‘Evil Dead’, ‘The Mortal Instruments: The City of Bones’, and Joss Whedon’s ‘Much Ado About Nothing’, will all make their presence felt at the con. On the TV side of things, Netflix’s ‘Hemlock Grove’, Stephen King’s ‘Under The Dome’, ‘Teen Titans GO!’, ‘Hannibal’, and ‘Doctor Who’ will all have presentations for the legions of fans flowing through the halls of the Anaheim Convention Center.

Of course, there’s going to be plenty of comic related things on the slate as well. In addition to the usual Marvel and DC panels, there are more specialized gatherings such as one for Scott Snyder’s upcoming arc ‘Batman: Zero Year’ and another for My Chemical Romance frontman Gerard Way’s latest endeavor in comics, ‘The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys’.

And when you’re not occupied in a panel or an exclusive screening, you can stop by and visit some of the biggest names in the comic book industry like Jim Steranko, Dan Slott, Amanda Conner, Jim Lee, Frank Cho, and many more. Alternatively, you can discover some of the stars of tomorrow over in Artist Alley.
