After months of waiting for a proper teaser trailer among a sea of stills, production blogs, and other videos, ‘Game of Thrones’ fans finally received a teaser to really get excited over about a week ago. To further excite the audience that anxiously awaits 3/31/13, the Blu-ray and DVD of season two has finally hit stores for all to own and marathon in order to catch up before the new season premieres. But if you’re a bit short on cash and are fans of deleted scenes, then you’re in luck because it’s the internet to the rescue!

Thanks to Collider, you can check out four deleted scenes from the last season of HBO’s acclaimed fantasy drama based on the writings of George R.R. Martin. In these scenes, you can see characters such as Tyrion Lannister, The Hound, Sansa Stark, Littlefinger, and the Tyrell siblings in situations that ended up on the cutting room floor and didn’t make it to the final cuts of their respective episodes. All four deleted scenes are available for your viewing pleasure below:

There’s nothing too Earth-shattering to come out of these scenes, but Loras and Margaey’s scene was a little heartbreaking as he mourned the death of his lost love. I also enjoyed the scene between Lord Petyr Baelish and Lord Varys. Those two sassy frenemies are always amusing when they’re onscreen together.

What did you think about these deleted scenes? Are you ready to run out right now to get the home release of season two as a refresher course for season three? Share your thoughts in the comments below!

The new season of ‘Game of Thrones’ begins on March 31st at 9:00pm on HBO.
