Not a day goes by that we don’t have a new clip from Marvel’s ‘The Avengers’. When I really think about it, I’m going to be a bit distraught when I don’t get to report on my favorite super team on multiple occasions throughout the week. So I’m going to soak it up and enjoy it while I can.
Today clips spotlight a few members of the Avengers team who have been in the public eye longer than the others. At least, in terms of being on the big screen anyway.
First, thanks to Comic Book Movie, we have an extended TV spot featuring the metal marvel, Iron Man. This spot is filled with a ton of new footage of Tony Stark doing what he does best, which is making jokes and making things go boom, so check that out below if you don’t think you’ve seen enough of the movie yet without actually watching it in it’s entirety.
Next, we come to a new clip featuring Agent Coulson and Captain Steve Rogers. While Clark Gregg was doing his rounds to promote the movie, he stopped by Travis Smiley’s show on PBS for an interview. In this clip, Coulson gets a bit star-struck as he meets the man known as Captain America for the first time. Gregg is such a great actor, and in this short scene he manages to make us laugh, and then make us go “Awww…” at the drop of a hat. I know that I’ve been sharing all these TV spots and clips all month long, but this one is definitely worth watching.

Yes, at this point it may seem like Disney and Marvel are pirating their own movie, but the new clips, posters, banners, and trailers will all come to an end on May 4th when ‘The Avengers’ finally hits theaters in the US.
