‘Alcatraz’

Tonight on FOX is the two-hour premiere of ‘Alcatraz,’ the new drama from executive producer J.J. Abrams (‘Fringe’ and ‘Lost’). The show is about a trio investigating the sudden and mysterious reappearance of 302 of Alcatraz’s prisoners, 50 years after they vanished. The series stars Sam Neill (‘Jurassic Park’) as Emerson Hauser, a government agent; Jorge Garcia (‘Lost’) as Dr. Diego “Doc” Soto, Alcatraz expert and comic book fan; and Sarah Jones (‘Sons of Anarchy’) as San Francisco Police Department Detective Rebecca Madsen.

The two-hour series premiere airs at 8/7c on FOX.

‘Being Human’

Tonight on Syfy is the second series premiere of ‘Being Human.’ On “Turn This Mother Out,” Aiden must begin to face the consequences of killing Bishop. Josh has to deal with his girlfriend’s miscarriage and her witnessing his transformation, and Sally starts to learn more about the spirit world since she did not go through her door. ‘Lost Girl’

‘Lost Girl’ is an import from Canada. In the series premiere, “Its’ a Fae, Fae, Fae World,” Bo (Anna Silk) learns she is a succubus, which is a supernatural being who feeds on the energy of humans.
