A lot of comic fans walked into their local comic shops hoping to pick up a copy of DC Comics’ ‘Justice League’ #1 only to see something like this…

But fret not, fans! If you missed out on this first sold out issue of DC’s New 52 Universe, you still have a chance. A second printing is on the way and will be on comic store shelves on September 14. With ‘Justice League’ #2 not coming out until October 19, you have plenty of time to catch up.

Below is the cover of the second printing of the landmark first issue. If the picture looks familiar it’s because it’s the same art that DC has used for much of their online marketing for ‘Justice League’ and was first seen with cover text in our own Brian Tudor’s review of ‘Flashpoint’ #5. The one thing that stands out on this cover is that Wonder Woman is wearing the pants that caused so much fan outrage before DC dumped the design. I would expect this to change before it actually goes to print.
