Busy genre director Louis Leterrier continues to add to his already busy schedule of films with the science fiction tentpole film ‘G’ for Universal Pictures.

The plot for ‘G’ is currently being kept secret, but is described as a science fiction disaster film in the vein of ‘The Day After Tomorrow’ and ‘Taken’.

Just last week, Leterrier signed on to direct ‘Now You See Me’ for Summit. The movie pits a crack FBI team in a game of cat and mouse against a super-team of the world’s greatest illusionists, who pull off a series of bank heists during their performances, showering the profits on their audiences while staying one step ahead of the law.

Leterrier also directed last years ‘Clash of the Titans’ remake as well as ‘The Incredible Hulk’, ‘Unleashed’, ‘The Transporter’ and ‘Transporter 2’ in addition to executive producing the upcoming ‘Clash’ sequel ‘Wrath of the Titans’. ‘Wrath’ has ‘Battle: Los Angeles’ director Jonathan Liebesman attached to direct.
