For those who are familiar with the X-Files, you’ll be happy to know that just like the popular television show a certain fact rings true: the truth really is out there.
A real life conspiracy theory has erupted. Evergreen Aviation, one of the world’s largest private aviation companies, has been accused of weather modification. That’s right; it’s being believed that one of their aircraft is capable of manipulating the weather.
But don’t just take the word of conspiracy theorists. You can see for yourself right on their website in their own words:
“The Evergreen Supertanker is not just limited to fighting fire. It will be a true utilitarian aircraft with the capability to configure to different applications on short notice. This multi-mission aircraft can support sensitive security and environmental missions. The aircraft’s exceptional drop capabilities, loiter time and size make it an ideal tool to perform challenging homeland security missions, able to neutralize chemical attacks on military installments or major population centers, and help control large, environmentally disastrous oil spills” (www.evergreenaviation.com).
On the same page, its markets are listed as following: firefighting, oil spill containment, weather modification and biochemical decontamination. When looking at this list it’s easy to find the one that doesn’t exactly belong.
So what exactly is meant by “weather modification?” Can the Evergreen Supertanker really control something that’s strictly in the hands of Mother Nature? After doing some research, it’s not exactly clear. Conspiracy theorists are up-in-arms accusing Evergreen of doing “chemtrails;” a term some believe was established by government counter-intelligence agents in an attempt to discredit and dismiss the concerns of conspiracy theorists. This refers to the act of utilizing aircraft to make criss-cross spraying formations in the sky. It’s believed that the chemicals released are actually an attempt to manipulate the weather and are not intended to cause illness to populations below.
Whether or not Evergreen Aviation actually participates in weather modification is sketchy. On their website it’s clearly listed, yet finding any more information on it is nearly impossible. Those who feel they can “trust no one” understand the gravity of the situation. They know “the truth is out there” and the answers will come eventually – even if the government is less than willing to release it.
