The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences now has 7 films to be considered for the Visual Effects Oscar for the upcoming 83rd Academy Awards.
The List of 7 candidates includes:
‘Alice in Wonderland’
‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1’
‘Hereafter’
‘Inception’
‘Iron Man 2’
‘Scott Pilgrim vs the World’
‘Tron: Legacy’
The Academy has now narrowed the list to seven from the original 15 and then members will nominate five films for Oscar consideration. The 2010 Academy Awards will be presented on Sunday, February 27, 2011 and televised live on ABC.
